Since many years the ICC was trying to revise and reformat the old Class Rules in accordance with current ISAF standards. In 2008, Will Henderson took over this job and together with the Technical Committee worked out several rule change proposals. At the AGM in August, the Member National Associations finally voted for 102 class rule changes and clarifications. Based on these changes, Will compiled the draft rules and brought them into agreement with ISAF in numerous meetings and phone calls.

The ICC is happy to publish the new Class Rules and Measurement Forms as of March 2009. We thank Will Henderson and the Technical Comittiee for their great work!
